Alternate Text

Time is running out to land a ticket to a gala affair in support of North Cascades, Olympic, and Mount Rainier national parks.

The annual Spring Dinner and Auction at the Seattle Design Center put on by Washington's National Park Fund is this coming Saturday, April 26. On the auction block are trips to Big Sur, Grand Canyon National Park, Denali National Park, Glacier Bay National Park, even Africa.

There are ranger-led guided hikes you can score, (including some led by park superintendents), and lodging in places such as the Paradise Inn at Mount Rainier and Lake Crescent Lodge in Olympic.

Tickets run $150 per individual, $300 per couple, or $1,200 for a table of eight. But if you call to reserve a spot, mention National Parks Traveler and they'll take $25 off per ticket.

The evening kicks off at 5 p.m. with a silent auction and reception, followed by dinner and a live auction at 7 p.m.

To purchase your tickets, call 206-623-2063.
